Dressing up the actor as Lord Shiva and showing him as helpless in distressing situations isn’t unusual in Urduwood. Film pk isn’t the only rotten apple in the basket. Check out this scene from the 2017 movie ‘Behen Hogi Teri’, in which Rajkummar Rao is dressed as Lord Shiva.
In this scene, he is hit by a car and lands in prison. Why? To show that Hindu Gods are helpless?
This act was completely unnecessary in this film, but Urduwood continues presenting mockery of Mahadev using one pretext or the other.
