Brothel is 'Mandir' Where 'Dancer' Gives 'Darshan' and 'Prasad'

In Thugs of Hindostan, a dancer – who is obviously a sex worker – sings about giving ‘darshan’ and ‘prasad’ to her visitors. On top of that, her house is compared to a temple, as she sings – ‘sar jhuka ke aaye ho’. The dancer here is Katrina Kaif.

The lyrics are by Amitabh Bhattacharya and the singer is Shreya Ghoshal.
