‘Hera Pheri’ is a story of two conmen who pretend to be saints (Hindu Sadhus, of course) while looting “corrupt, rich men”. In a two-minute scene below, you can find many Communist-driven propaganda against Hindus that Bollywood has been pushing relentlessly.

Agenda like, alcohol prohibition is unnecessary for it comforts the poor, Ramayana is corrupt, Hindu Gods are just stones, and only fools worship Hindu Gods. More importantly, dissuading practising Hindus from observing their faith is okay.

Vijay (Amitabh Bachchan) abuses Bhagwaan after getting drunk. He even manipulates Ramayana’s ‘Lanka Dahan’ episode as a horrid story of how Hanuman gives ‘bambu’ and burnt innocents in Lanka.

Impressionable audiences in the theatre must be convinced that if the “Angry Young Man” can get drunk and talk like this, then it must be okay to ape this behaviour. Children who watch such U-Certified films must have started taking pride in mocking Bhagwan.
