Broadcasting Bill to control OTT is postponed. 4. Lodging a complain is so buggy and complicated that it is far easier to clear UPSC, become a bureaucrat and take some action against blatant violation of laws by OTT players. 5. Apart from complications, current complaint mechanism is designed such that for Level 1 and Level 2, OTT companies choose judge. And Level 3, Ministry does not even respond to complaint. Total hogwash. 6. Meanwhile daily a case comes where a brother or seniors or guardians rape/kill a girl child under influence of porn content they saw on mobile. It is worse than any epidemic ever to hit humanity.
